Corn is an agricultural plant that can usually be grown in very humid climates.
The biological value of lysine and tryptophan protein in corn is also under the limiting effect of amino acids. The crude oil in the grain is the most valuable nutrient after oats. It originates from Mexico and Central America. Classification is made by looking at the shape of the cob, the grain shape size, the opening between the rows, the space at the tip of the stub and the color of the porch.
The origin of corn has long been debated by scientists. The Swiss botanist Augustin Pyramus de Candolle was one of the first scientists to study this subject in detail. The idea that corn originated in America, proposed by Candeolle, was accepted by scientists, and Edward Enfield’s book, Indian Corn: Its Value, Culture, and Uses, published in 1866, discussed the origin of maize. Nevertheless, discussions continued throughout the 20th century.
